Amazing color correction! I waited a while to post this to see if the color would last etc. I went to my original hair stylist who showed up late, didn't remember me, messed up my hair and had to redo it before I could leave (totalling 8+ hours in her salon. NEVER AGAIN). I needed my hair corrected for a military ball and the stylist at Visible Changes was able to get me in within a day of asking for her help. She made me feel at ease, rook before and after pics (shocking imo), and helped me leave feeling incredibly confident in my hair identity again. The before pics don't do it justice, my 13 month old refused to come to me after I came home with my hair messed up. That was such a horrible feeling. Once I got my hair fixed, she smiled and looked like she was relieved I got it fixed?. I plan on making Visible Changes my regular salon. I'm sorry I don't remember my stylist's name, but she was fantastic and I highly recommend.

All the ladies here are friendly and skilled. They do my husband's hair perfectly at an affordable price! even when they are busy I feel we have never been there longer than 45 minutes.
This shop would get 5 out of 5. Great cuts. Honest customer service. Clean and efficient. I do, however, wish this shop would be cognitive of their patrons who are from different backgrounds and would play different music. I embrace Latin music, but they can also be inclusive to other genres of what their patrons would like to hear. Overall, it's a great barbershop with convenience to the military base.

Probably the best service in a nail salon I have ever gotten in 28 years. Nails were dip powder on natural nails & they were ON POINT. Attention to detail was amazing by Emily! She matched my toes without me choosing the color & the detail on them was just as great. Quality of service was absolutely amazing. I have such anxiety when it comes to getting my nails done & she did great listening to what I wanted as well as checking in with me. My pedicure was great, from the massage to the hot stones & masks.
Cleanliness: The salon was so clean & so open and comfortable. The sanitation at this salon was top tier!
Got 3 tattoos done by Poney and my wife also got one done, and we have 0 complaints. Everything from start to finish was great.
