We brought our two year old, Oliver, to Oscar in Endicott get his very first haircut! We couldn’t have had a more enjoyable experience. I had read a positive review about Oscar being patient and kind and great with a little’s haircut, which is why we chose him. We found this to be true too! He took his time and was careful and meticulous with the haircut. He made sure to cut exactly what we wanted to, to not lose his curls.
