I recommend this company to anyone who has any drain issue whatsoever!! Steve came from there today and went above and beyond what one would expect, completely taking care of my issue and politely teaching me useful things along the way! I needed them years ago for a major backup problem and that guy worked for hours until we were running smoothly. They are honest and hard working! Can’t thank them enough!!

My family was stressed out having issues with our clogged kitchen sink drain! Was advised to called drain brain for our issues! We called and the next day the two gentlemen (Ben and Valik) came over and assured us the problem would be fixed. After about 20 minutes our drain and cleaned and the gentlemen even cleaned up the little mess from the drain. Would recommend this company to anyone with drain issues. Great customer service as well thank you guys!

Their staff was informative, patient and transparent about cost and process. Would call them in a heartbeat for any drain clearing issues. Our problematic sink brought them here twice and they were more than fair on the pricing for the troubleshooting and time they spent here. They also gave a good recommendation for how to fix our problem long term so they didn't have to come back every year for the same issue.
