Dr. Crandell was professional, personable, fast, and efficient. She quickly removed two skin annomalies and did a cursory skin exam. My only critique or concerns are: 1. We waited 45 minutes after our appointment before seeing her, and the fast cursory exam. 2. as a senior person, I'm more interested in a thorough exam for melanoma, or other skin cancers, rather than esthetics. In her defense, she seemed very busy and I could have asked for a more thorough exam. I thought she was very good and would highly recommend her to anyone.
Dr. Crandell and her group are absolutely amazing! Their bedside manner is top tier. Dr. Crandell made my appointment so easy and the conversation was so fun. I definitely recommend her for all your dermatology needs!
