Still finished the job in 2 days for a large roof and cleaned up afterwards.roof looks amazing and the guys were prompt and professional. Also had new beautiful gutters installed. “I was very pleased with the work done by Caleb and Planet Property Constructions. For three years I had tried to hire a contractor to complete installation of a simple railing on my porch. Other contractors either did not show up or did not come back. “I get uneasy everytime I need to hire a contractor. I've had some pretty bad experiences, and have heard even worse stories from others. I came to KC Contruction via their 'other name' GutterPro USA: Seamless Gutters. I worked with their Rochester, NY Office. (They are based in Endwell, NY) The person who met with us and gave us the estimate was very helpful and did a very nice job, not to aggressive of a salesman. A little more than I expected, but the guarantee and quality seemed to allow for slightly higher than I expected. I later called and said YES to the estimate, they asked me to send a deposit equal to 50% of the total cost. Which I did. About a week later, I was making my morning tea, and they pulled up. No appointment date set. Would have been fine, but we needed to do some painting before the new gutters could be installed. So I had to send them away. Once we were ready, I called back and scheduled. They showed on time. They got all of the old gutters removed and new ones installed in about 4 hours with a crew of two people! Kind and friendly people, they did a good job. They even took the old gutters away with them. So far, so good. They look great, and I have not spotted any problems.“
