“Before the tech came out we got a text and email with techs name and picture..way awesome..then Eric arrived and went right to work without alot of bush beating he told us that our furnace had been improperly installed and that it would very expensive to fix it and being on a set income that in itself is amazing..we were already considering changing heat source..So big shout out to Artic Bear..they are friendly..right to the point and explain in detail what is wrong..not one to milk the clock or your bank account“

“I opened my 1and 1/2-year-old Frigidaire refrigerator one morning recently and the light wasn't on and the fridge was clearly not working, what a bummer. I looked around for some repair services online and the best I could get was a week away, from Hogans. Then somehow Dick's Appliances popped up on my screen and I gave him a call. As he looked through his schedule I was thinking, oh man, I hope this guy doesn't make me wait a week also, then he said, "I can be there around 3:00 today, "Awesome I responded." Not having a fridge really sucks. Then he called back to say he could be over at 11:00 AM. "Great." I had the fridge pulled out and the bottom cover off. He immediately noticed that something down there wasn't even plugged in. When he plugged it I think we both expected the fridge to start humming, but we got nothing. Then he said, "your fridge must be in defrost mode." He pulled out a straight edge screwdriver, and under the cover, in the middle of the top of the fridge section, he turned a screw about 1/4 turn and, "Hmmmmm! Music to my ears. It was a simple fix and my worries of having to buy a new fridge melted away. His name is actually Dave and he was in and out in 10 minutes. Fantastic. He could have ripped me off and said all kinds of things were wrong with the unit but he's an honest guy. Thanks, Dave. Well Done. I will always call him first for any kind of appliance repair.“
