Dan Marano is our absolute hero. We had a pipe break on the second floor, flooding our entire first floor and basement. About 5 feet of water in basement. He came promptly that same day-- 11pm and drained the water overnight. He also removed the walls/flooring to prevent mold and did water mitigation ASAP. He is professional, dependable, thorough and well mannered. He not only explained the process, but he did so in in a way that relieved our anxieties and fears. We know without a doubt that Dan Marano did the job right. All the proper precautions were done and his work is world class. We were so pleased that I even recommended him to a flooding at the ambulatory surgical center where I work. Dan and his team cleared out 2.5 inches of water over 15k sq feet center. He walked us through the entire water mitigation and subsequent repair process. He is constantly updating us and is a great communicator.
