The customer service is always patient, kind, and honest. My most recent project was a long denim trench with lining which needed shortening. They color matched the thread to the original threading and finished the alterations at the time promised even though it was over the busy holidays. It was neatly hung on hangers and presented in a garment bag. They also remembered to save the fabric scraps for me as I requested.
