Buying my Range Rover Sport here was very enjoyable, but it was only the beginning! Not implying my RRS needs lots of attention; far from it. I have the Land Rover recommended service done, and whatever else they occasionally find. I am greeted like a valued customer (not always the case at other brands), I’m kept informed as I wait (I generally do), and the work being performed is explained to my satisfaction. And it’s reasonably priced - just compare to the two big German brands, which are out of sight! Edgar, my service rep, took good care of me. Generally excellent service experience. Yasmin Hunter my service advisor was very attentive and responsive. I made the appointment long in advance to secure a loaner. Why are there so few loaners and why was the loaner checking out process so time-consuming?
