Tatyana and Matthew provided professional and caring service for my mother. They arranged for her to be flown from Florida to NY. They made sure our family's wishes were carried out. The rooms are lovely, modern and bright. Everything was explained and itemized for us so there were no surprises. They were there every step of the way and believe me it matters when a family is grieving.
Thank you for the expedited funeral arrangements for my father who had to be buried within 24 hours of his death. Your participation in making that happen was extraordinary which complied with his last wishes.
It is never easy to deal with the loss of a loved one, but we are so happy to have chosen Ballard-Durand for final arrangements.
