On Dec. 4, 2019 our family lost our matriarch. My mother in law passed away after a rough road of failed health. Upon her death we called Ballard Durand to handle mom’s funeral arrangements. We meet with Matt Fiorillo to begin planning a very fitting funeral for a very special woman. Matt became a family member. He put himself in our shoes and made sure that every single detail was handled as though mom was his mom too. From the wake to the moment we brought mom to her final resting place, we did not have to worry about a single detail.
