I initially contacted them to diagnose a forced air AC problem. The mechanic came and diagnosed the issue. There was a leak in the outdoor compressor. I was told that a representative would have to draw up an estimate. After a weeks time of no contact I called them. I was told that the person would be notified and was assured of a return call. More than a week later I get a call from a representative acting as if the call was timely. I declined the company's service. I then proceeded to contact a big box store to utilize one of their contractors to get my AC work done. To my dismay it was a representative from Victory Bros / Victory Skaggs, that returned my call from the big box store. I proceeded to inform the representative what had transpired already between us. The representative acted like he was concerned and said he would correct the issue. I have not heard from them since. This company now goes by the name of Victory Skaggs.

All the positive reviews are fake, they will simply rip you. They will charge service charge, plus two hours, plus materials- their goal is to bill you over $1000. I will report about them to bbb

They have Hidden charges. They intentionally use more hours to work so they charge more. If you go through home depot or sears, they will not prioritise their appointments because home depot and sears gives you better rate and warranty.
