Excellent customer service!! Very friendly staff!! Allow us to open two boxes of wood tiles that are available in their store for comparisons. Didn’t force us to buy anything and said it is totally okay!! definitely coming back for sure!!

I recently purchased some engineered wood from New York Wood Floors Inc. I really appreciate the easy communication with them from the beginning to the end. I made the purchase without going to their showroom because I felt that I could trust them. Tony was very knowledgeable and professional. When I wanted to rush to install the floor once I received the wood, he clearly advised me that I should wait and allow proper acclimation for the best outcome. Now my apartment's new floor is looking great.
