The prices are good but not consistent. They charge for every single thing such as clipping your nails which is an extra $5. I was charged $5 for a two finger painted design which was fine. I went in at another time and they charged me $8 for a two finger design. They do not have prices listed. Also, if you call in advance to see if there’s a wait, they will lie and say no. I called in advance to see if there was a wait due to being on a tight schedule and was told no. I literally arrived less than 10 minutes later and they had 5 people waiting. The men do nails very well but they need a price list and be more honest with customers. They come off very greedy.

The nails came out horrible. The guy had an attitude. They don’t understand and they don’t try to understand. My sisters nails are damaged because she had to soak extra for 20 minutes for a mistake the nail technician did. My nails were cut too short. My other sister came in with a design that the technician didn’t follow, didn’t even try to follow so she gave up and just got it painted black. It’s sad the quality of this place has dropped so drastically. I understand there’s a language barrier but they didn’t have to give an attitude on making a mistake themselves.

I’ve been a long time client for years now. Joyce &’ Kang along with Nancy have always taken care of me whenever it comes to my nails. I always forget to post but Kang definitely outdid himself with this set specifically for my birthday ! thank you again !
