I went last week and when I arrived all the women were talking and laughing at their talks, they are all new and the only one who was attending was the Hispanic lady, as always, she was very friendly. And all the people asked her why the others didn't even want to work.When I finished my appointment, my gynecologist told me to make an appointment at the hospital. I was ready and one of them looked at me and I asked her about the lady who made the appointments and she very rudely told me when she is coming and twisted her children. She told me no. Receptionist attitude was very disgusting. She was extremely lazy and even when we ask for the bare minimum, she will roll her eyes and pop her neck. The entire time you can tell by her demeanor and her body language that she did not want to be there. Welp. No one is forcing her to be there sweetheart. Her greeting wasn’t very welcoming and she didn’t even say good morning. I wouldn’t be surprised if they lose a good amount of patients because of this girl. The dentist was OK. It was a young girl fair warning if you are in a good mood and don’t want your day ruin cause of miss moody.

I will not recommend this place. Their is a reason that Black peoples fear medical attention…it’s because of discriminatory practices. Greeted rudely by a young unqualified receptionist who stated, “It’s 5:09, your appointment was 4:30pm!” I Uber ed from Jamaica station after riding subway from uptown manhattan for this. I’m not returning for medical services to a barbaric place of business!
