Was a newer patient but I will not be back. My time has been wasted and the care was not good.

MD Marie Belotte is unprofessional and needs bedside manners training asap. Her staff and her delayed a MRI for a right knee injury for over two weeks because she refused to speak with insurance regarding pre approval. As a provider speaking with insurance is a necessary part of your job and refusing to do so delays your patient care and recovery. Disgusting customer service experience would not go there if my life depended on it.
