If you’d like to go to a team of people who will prove to be the most unhelpful and unprofessional please feel free to go. If you’d like to be assisted in any way shape or form for your health needs please don’t waste your time coming here. Every single staff member at the front desk is the most unhelpful person I’ve ever met in my entire life. I’m

I would not recommend Cross county medical care. At least not the location on Meacham Avenue. I was looking for an African American pcp close to home and stumbled upon Dr Belotte, so I scheduled an appointment. I was scheduled for 11:00, got there at 11:06. The waiting room was empty, yet I was called at 11:38. At 12:00 I checked with the front desk who sent me a Dr. Other than Dr.Belotte. It was a woman of Indian descent. MD Marie Belotte is unprofessional and needs bedside manners training asap. Her staff and her delayed a MRI for a right knee injury for over two weeks because she refused to speak with insurance regarding pre approval. As a provider speaking with insurance is a necessary part of your job and refusing to do so delays your patient care and recovery. Disgusting customer service experience would not go there if my life depended on it.
