Been doing business with Ed and his staff for years on my personal homes, investment properties and I recommend to my clients. Very happy with the service and they are always reliable.
I've had these guys over twice for 2 different plumbing issues. One was a simple 3 way leaky pipe replace, which even though it was closing time they came over to do so i could turn my water back on. The other was a broken faucet in my bathtub which required a new faucet and all new pipes sweated into the existing copper. These guys go above an beyond. No cutting corners, you call them and they see the job through and do it right the first time. And they don't break the bank either, very reasonable prices. I'd recommend them to anyone and they're the best I've found.
I can't say enough good things about Osburn Mechanical. I've been calling on them for services for a couple of years now, and they are consistently responsive, helpful, and friendly. Every technician I've met takes the time to explain what they're doing, they're transparent about all of the costs, they're conscientious about maintaining a standard of cleanliness, and they're responsible about getting projects done in a reasonable time. I've had their technicians come by for routine maintenance, but I've also had them come out in the dead of winter when my heater stopped working, and they got my house back to a safe temperature... read full review
