Kim and her staff are very friendly and professional. Having just moved to the Twin Tiers I was very very disappointed to find that many of the local dog groomers had gone out of business or were not taking new customers. I was looking at having to take my dog over 60 miles 1 way to have her professionally groomed. Not a very happy prospect. Found Kim's business on Yelp and hoped that she would take my dog. 3 weeks later I dropped Anna off. Met Kim and her staff. Very very pleased. 2.5 hrs later I got the call that my dog was ready to be picked up. Got a lot accomplished during that time. My dog was looking good, nails trimmed, shampooed and ready to rock! The price was very fair for the high quality of service. Recommend Kim's business very highly.
