Noelle is absolutely amazing! She has such high level talent, thoroughness, and a kind personality. I am picky with my hair and decided not to get highlights for a long time because I always hated how they turned out. I have been going to Noelle for over a year and she has me loving my hair now and I look forward to getting it done! I have been to many stylists and she is the best in the area.My fiancé has went to Rick for his haircuts and he says Rick is the absolute best in the area as well!
