I am a new homeowner and wanted to have my furnace serviced for the upcoming winter. I called Comfort Zone to schedule a time for them to come out. They came out the same day!!! They were very knowledgeable, thorough and patient with all my questions. They explained the condition of my furnace to me and made sure everything was in good working order. They were excellent! The price was affordable too! Thank You!
They were booked solid but understand life happens and they worked their team so that they were able to get our heat up and running within 3 hours of our call. Called Jason and his team because my heater was working intermittently. Sent out a technician same day and got it working again! The technician Chris was super friendly, and explained what the issue was. Good pricing as well.
