This company should be called AMAZING APPLIANCE SERVICE!! I called Brad at 10:20 am. Described the awful noise emanating from my dryer and he knew what it was immediately. He had the replacement parts on the truck and said he was on a callalready but could be at my home by noon. They arrived at 11:40 am. He showed me the offending parts, CLEANED out the 8-year build-up of lint (dog hair ???), replaced said parts, and explained a separate potential issue, and offered a solution. Fast, friendly, respectful, and a great price!! I will not be calling anyone else. Thank you Brad and assistant!! You are the best!!

Great to work with. I had done some self diagnose on my washer. Not only did he listen when I called him he returned my calls super fast, called the day before service call to give a better estimate time than 9-5 and was here to fix with the part that it needed and the time he stated. Great price also. Very fair and respectful. Fingers crossed for not needing anything else fixed. After all it's a Maytag and only 2 years old

I was having trouble with my GE microwave which is approximately 5 years old, found Advantage Appliance services gave them a call this morning they said they would try andfit me in later in the day. They arrived around 3:00 took a look at the microwave told me what was wrong and what it would cost to fix, and said they would do whatever I wanted fix it or I could go and buy a new one. Very polite and easy to talk to, will use them in the future if need be. Thank you
