“Hot water tank rusted through the bottom - of course at 11pm on a holiday . I called Allen's answering service , received immediate reply and within 20 minutes Kris came to shut the gas and water off - 8am this morning Allen's called to let me know they would be here with the new hot water tank. The old tank was replaced and removed by 9:20 am . I would give them 10 stars if I could - competent, polite & efficient are only a few ways I could describe . My house was built in 1890 and has a full dirt basement. Comes complete with dirt , cobwebs and I'm sure spiders , so you can imagine it's not an easy job!!! First class company with first class emplyees. I recommend them wholeheartedly!!!!“

“Contacted them for an emergency repair of a boiler that failed two days before the temperatures were going to -14. They had to order a boiler so they brought in heaters for us to use. They saved us thousands of dollars as well as possibilities the house being destroyed. They started working on it the day before the boiler came in and we’re ready for the install the next day. They saved a beautiful home from being destroyed. My other house will be needing a furnace at some point and will 100% use them. True neighborhood business who cares about their customers!
