Hot water tank rusted through the bottom - of course at 11pm on a holiday . I called Allen's answering service , received immediate reply and within 20 minutes Kris came to shut the gas and water off - 8am this morning Allen's called to let me know they would be here with the new hot water tank. The old tank was replaced and removed by 9:20 am . I would give them 10 stars if I could - competent, polite & efficient are only a few ways I could describe . My house was built in 1890 and has a full dirt basement. Comes complete with dirt , cobwebs and I'm sure spiders , so you can imagine it's not an easy job!!! I needed some plumbing work done in a very cramped upstairs knee-wall crawlspace. These guys were super quick to come out and quote the job and just as quick to come back and perform the work after I called to schedule. They did a great job getting back in that tight spot and everything looks great! Also was highly professional service.
I very rarely ever give a perfect score on anything. This business was great!! Customer service was great, within an hour repairman was at house assessing and working to fix the issue. My repair was Shawn, he was so informative and answered any questions I asked. Was there about an hr. They are definitely worth every penny!Service: Heating system maintenance
