Therapeutic Massage & Bodyworks of WNY

Showed up for my 9am 90 minute appointment and the doors were locked and all the lights were off. At 905 the therapist showed up and was extremely rude and unapologetic for their tardiness. Will not be back.

I had an appointment for a 12:00 massage today. I got there at 11:45 and the doors were locked and lifts out. I tried calling and got the answering machine. Almost 8 hours later and I still haven’t heard from them with an apology or explanation as to why my appointment didn’t matter.

I got a massage from Sara. She was absolutely wonderful, sweet, friendly. I had just as much fun with the massage as I did with the conversation. The massage was absolutely wonderful it made me feel so good. I have had a massage before somewhere else. I can’t even compare it she completely knocked it out of the park. She definitely has the magic and healing touch. She completely changed my mind about the whole experience and I will never go anywhere else ever again I can’t wait till my next appointment. Five stars is not enough I’ll give her 10
