“I've been going to this salon for just over a year now and absolutely LOVE IT!! The staff are all so friendly and welcoming and my stylist, Emma, is the best!! She's so sweet and listens to any concerns or input that I may have with respect and care. I was nervous a year ago switching to a new salon after going to a family friend for nearly my whole life, but I am in love with this place! I also love that they feature local small businesses' products, including some really cute Buffalo swag! I can't recommend Salon in the Tower enough!!“

“What I really like about this salon is there is clearly a lot of care in both the service you receive and the overall experience/atmosphere. Both times I've had an appointment here, I've booked with Juliette. At other salons, I feel as though the manicurist is rushing through the process. Both times, Juliette really spent time and paid attention to detail. I paid for a foot massage and scrub, and I didn't just get product slapped on me and scrubbed for 15 seconds. They really took their time to ensure I got the most out of what I was paying for, and made sure I was clean, relaxed, and left with a quality experience. I had appts in Jan and June of 2024, and this was consistent. Additionally, every time someone walks in, they are greeted by the whole staff, and similarly when they leave. You are called by your name and its clear they care YOUR business on a personal level. They appear to have a rotating clientele, and I can see why. I know I will definitely be back, and recommending this location to my friends who are looking for a personalized, relaxing and complete pedicure experience.“

“My daughter and I received amazing service at BTB Nails. All of the staff were welcoming to us. The facility is immaculate. There are walls full of colors to choose from. We both received manicures with dip powder and a nail design. We could not be happier and will definitely be returning!
