Called due to an emergency. Friendly and helpful customer service. Very willing to help. Andrew came and went within 15 minutes of his service. Very professional. Resolved my drainage problem in a flash. Cheaper than roto rooter. Willing to follow up but I declined. Highly recommend!

Our Cellino visit last week was excellent from start to finish .. their telephone staff were supportive and detailed and set up a visit the same day . Our technician Andrew J. Was excellent. His technical skills were top notch and his support and flexibility were outstanding. He answered every question.. didn’t mind being interrupted with questions while working… went the extra mile with every detail of the job. I will ask for him again for service… he’s the best and a polite, respectful human of people and property!!!

Dan Neuman was able to identify the problem, explained the best course of action, and provided me with an estimate for the work needed. Very professional and easy to talk to. He returned to complete my job today. Everything was completed with a minimal disruption. I will definitely use Cellino plumbing again, and request Dan Neuman as the technician.
