Troy has been at our home for hours working with Navien for burner issues / gas leak …. He is very honest and reliable; he did not try to up sell me a tankless ( I’m getting rid of the Navien) and just buying a more reliable tankless Troy / Lucas recommended.. after I asked what they would do in their homes… Cellino Plumbing is professional and reliable and of course it is the Holiday season

Had a leaking tankless heater. Turns out it was cracked and broken inside. Cellino came promptly the following day and replaced it under warranty. I have used them several times in the past for other plumbing needs. I’ll say this - they are not the “cheap” option, but the trade off is what you get in professionalism and trustworthiness. I’m sure you could find a bargain using cheaper parts and services; I trust Cellino to get it done right and haven’t been disappointed.
As always excellent service -and this was an emergency routing as we were having weekend guests! Came within 2 hours, cleared the problem. Cellino is always professional and gets the job done.
