I had such an amazing experience and highly recommend Vinny and EVL Ink! I contacted Vinny a few months ago, as a relative of mine recommended his work and his shop. I live out of town (8+ hours away) and he was very flexible getting me in; he even stayed open late for my appointment! From start to finish he was a great artist to work with, very professional and nice. His work was sterile, clean, and beautiful. I am very impressed! I got two signature replications and a colored ribbon, my first color tattoo. I will definitely be going back to him for larger pieces I have in mind.Service: Tattoos

I was the first mastectomy scar cover that Bill did and he did amazing! This type of tattoo can be awkward, it's very personal when you have your complete chest exposed! He was very professional and caring, and apologetic when it hurt on the chest bone! Highly recommended!
