I came here for a prenatal massage. The Spa was clean and the atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. I was given a paper to fill out with some medical history and personal info. I'm 33 weeks pregnant so I appreciated the precaution. However, when staff came to get me for my service, the paperwork was not reviewed and was actually left on the side table I was sitting at. I had to give it to the receptionist after my service.The room was clean and comfortable. I went here to have a facial while my family were skiing. The spa is in the hotel. It was spotless and we started on time. It was great. Kim did my facial and explained what she was doing. The prices were good and I had the European facial. Would I go again? Yes.
So happy we have an amazing spa nearby. I come in regularly for facials with Alyssa who is the best!! Everyone there is so friendly. I’ve gotten manicures, pedicures, facials and a massage. Every service has been top notch. They use amazing organic products and take great care of their clients. The first time I got a facial Alyssa carefully checked each product as I have sensitive skin and she wanted to ensure I wouldn’t have any reaction. The attention to detail to ensure an amazing relaxing experience is fantastic.
