Mike answers the phone when you call, comes fast, and is extremely fair with pricing. He'll actually guide you in the right direction to protect you from costly repairs in the future. Not many companies will do that. Mike/CDM understand client retention. I've called Mike a few times and he has even given me advice over the phone!
