I thought it was just some vents and ducts. Ha! It's a lot more complex than that and requires skill, experience and creativity which Kevin and John had plenty of. They were also very neat, holding a box under where they cut the vents to catch any falling debris. And when roofers got some asphalt pieces in the outdoor condenser, Kevin came back to clean it out for me. He also hooked up my Honeywell smart thermostats so when I'm away from home I can see and adjust the temperature.
