We looked at 3 martial arts locations in our neighborhood, and we selected Blackbelt Taekwakndoo.Main reasons were, having a single instructor (to develop a strong one on one relationship), extreme flexibility in class selection (our son mostly attends classes at his beginner level but is also allowed to attend make up classes with higher level students), and the wealth of knowledge and respect Master Jay brings to the table.After just 2 months of classes our 7 year old son has already become more disciplined, respectful and confident in his interaction with others, as well as developing a strong focus on physical strength, practicing blocks and kicks, and doing lots of sit-ups and push-ups.We are so happy to see these strong developments coming from within our son.
The best TKD center to learn real kung-fu here. Master Pae is an amazing instructor, super talented yet super kind, and very fun with kids. My son started with Master Pae after he got black belt from somewhere else, yet discovered that he still has so much that he could learn and improve. Both kids classes and adult classes. There are even many whole families train here together. Price is very reasonable as well.
We started with a couple of trial classes, Master Pae made us feel welcome and right at home. My 2 sons and I were impressed with the quality of training and discipline enforced. Having previous taekwondo experience, Master Pae respected our ranks and continues to support and encourage our martial arts training. What I like about this martial arts center is that it offers a variety of age appropriate taekwondo, fitness training, self defense and weapons training in order to be more balanced and complete. They also offer unlimited classes so you can work around a busy schedule. Master Pae focuses on children and adults equally and I would definitely recommend Black Belt Martial Arts Center!
