Called in the morning with A/C problem - system shut off. Demetrius showed up before noon. Found a clogged drainage tube and my unit was up and running by 1:30 PM. Can't get better than that!!
The repairman AMHAC sent, although young, was clearly knowledgeable about our AC/heat pump system, half of which was not working, found the problem, explained to us what we was going to do, and did it. Our system, designed and installed by AMHAC more than a dozen years ago, is again working perfectly.
My AC wasn't cooling during the heat wave. Desmond, my technician came a couple hours after I called for service. He was knowledgeable, courteous and most importantly it didn't take him very long to get the AC cooling my entire house very comfortably.
