Tried multiple others who saw the age of our unit and just went straight into a pitch for a new one and bluntly most looked like their were never there to do anything more than paperwork in the first place. Here he came armed with a toolkit opened it up, replaced the capacitor and whilst he acknowledged the age of it no sales pitch at all. BRILLIANT! Whether it works for a day or a year from this point it’s better than the others that visited!
These guys are great! Salt of the earth, without all the flash, bling, and baloney of some of the bigger companies. They are careful, and competent. I had a furnace that ran, but abnormally. I waited a bit for service but i wasn't in a rush situation. If i was without heat, i'm sure the service would have been rushed. The technician that came was excellent, very knowledgeable. The problem was fixed before the intense cold arrived and the price was very reasonable.

They delivered an on budget, on time, professionally delivered combination boiler. We have 0 complaints. The guys showed up, did their work, without the need for direction or fuss. Everything was cleaned up after each day. Other than the noise required they were silent as a mouse.
