We had a hybrid setup installed, heat pump with gas furnace. These guys were top notch! Neal came out for the estimate, was very professional and gave an estimate that beat others by a _lot_. The installers were professional, had the install done in about 8 hours, and left the workplace spotless.
Really good people . Very quick response I had a gas leak that National Grid said was coming from my furnace and they checked and let me know there was no problem with it and didn't charge me as there was no problem. Definitely coming back to them for anything else I need
Duane showed upAbout an hour early !! Which was awesome . Within a few minutes he diagnosed the problem . He showed me how to Maintain the central air unit so it should not happen again. Very reasonable and upfront pricing . I will definitely use Prime heating again if needed and highly recommended them.
