“Exceptional service, confidence and transparent! I purchased a home that sat for 3 years without winterization. When the water was turned on, streams of water shooting from domestic water lines and heating lines. I worked with 4 different heating contractors and none of them could do the job right. I'm so incredibly thankful to find a company like Doug Mapstone, who took on such a tedious and long process task. Doug, Alex and Nico systematically repaired all the damaged pipes which was over 20 burst pipes, activated heat and hot water and fired up the boiler. I'm grateful for their knowledgeable technicians we now have heat!“

“Tom is great to work with, especially for lighting design! He's worked on a number of projects for us over the last several years, mostly to improve the lighting. He listened to our wishes, and was very thoughtful and creative in meeting our vision for lighting that fit the unique 'character' and architecture of our nearly 100yo house. He provided lots of ideas and even a brought a panel of example fixtures to help guide our decision, right down to the color-temperature. He was also very transparent when he thought simply different bulbs were the easier answer rather than installing a new fixture.
