I visited this place on August 22, 2024, I was warmly greeted by the CEO and receptionist, they instantly made me feel welcome. I was thoroughly informed about the services they provide and what to expect. I have osteoarthritis in both knees and looking for an alternative to surgery. My pain level is usually at 9 -10 every day, when it rains I suffer immensely. I went for the free pain relief and I must say, just the 2 treatments I received made an amazing difference!!!! I have been going to Riddle Wellness for several months now and can speak very highly of the staff here in the Rochester office. Everyone employed there is very friendly and very knowledgeable. I can walk so much better and move around so much better thanks to their treatments. I am recommending Riddle Wellness very highly to anyone who is interested in improving their all-around health and well being! I have been specifically treated for neurotherapy and am so impressed with my improvement!
Even with there being a mix up in scheduling they were able to accomidate me. Their intake is extensive but quick! There was a questionnaire of history, scans, and a initial meeting with Dr. M. It was a great experience and I am so glad I found a Chiropractor so close to my home! They care about the whole body and how it all works together instead of just readjusting and sending you out the door.
