Getting older is not much fun! For the last few months I have been dealing with some neck issues and a bum knee! Trying to sleep is almost impossible! Walking stairs, well, let's just say it's a serious challenge! So, today, I went for the first time in my life to see a Chiropractor to discuss some treatment options! Our choice was pretty simple being that my bride has had some past issues herself, and is already a patient at Riddle Wellness. She often brags about the clinic and how amazing the staff and treatments are. To be honest, I was a little reluctant to go because this pain just seemed so severe that I didn't think a visit to a Chiropractor was going to do much for me! Wow!! Was I wrong! The information I recieved was so informative! From a video explaining how the spine and nerves function together, to an in-depth explanation by a professional on the root causes of back and neck pain. From there, they took X-rays and did what is called a mild alignment. The relief was almost instant! I left the clinic with almost no noticable knee pain. I had more range of motion in my neck and little to no lower back pain! I was amazed! The trip home was an ear full from the bride saying, I told you so! It was well deserved! I can't say enough about Riddle Wellness! Dr Nate and his professionals are top notch! They are so welcoming and accommodating. They took their time explaining everything to us and are working on a treatment plan to keep me healthy and mobile. The clinic is state of the art and equipped with all kinds of therapeutic equipment. They even discussed some Vitamins and weight loss options with us. They specialize in weight loss as well, and will set up a weight loss program tailored to your needs. I must say, it really is a one stop shop for keeping your body healthy and in tip top shape! I was diagnosed with neuropathy in May of this year. The pain in my feet was beginning to interfere with my daily life. One day, my feet burned so much I sat in a lounge all day. I joined a few neuropathy groups on Facebook which made me sad to think what my future could be. Then I saw ad in Facebook for Riddle Wellness. I made an appointment and realized I needed to sign up. Well six months later, I can say that I don’t have much pain at all. Dr. Riddle and his staff are wonderful and really care.
