Charlotte is a Weimaraner / Pitt mix. She is the sweetest dog, but wasn’t always the best listener. We hired Mike from Rochester NY Dogs to train Charlotte as a service dog for our developmentally disabled daughter. Thanks to him our rambunctious, high energy pup now knows all of the basic commands & MUCH more! I honestly thought she couldn’t be trained (I’ve had many dogs over the years and was able to train all but her myself! She was a stubborn one!) He works miracles. We fondly call him the “dog whisperer” because it’s amazing how fast he can get difficult dogs to listen to his every command! Mike is also fantastic at connecting with neurodivergent kiddos - which makes the training sessions go so smoothly!

“I'm not one to typically leave reviews but i just had to show my appreciation. I unexpectedly had to book my dog for 10 days while i went out of town and our normal place was full so I contacted Finger Lakes. I was extremely nervous taking my dog somewhere new for so long and they made me so comfortable, walked me through the facility, explained everything to me and really put my mind at ease. They're so kind and you can just see how much they really care about these animals. When I got home yesterday my dog was happy as could be and every time i called while out of town they explained he was having a great time and gave me a detailed update (and I called frequently lol). “Dr Peggy and her staff are very kind, and genuinely care about cats. I can see the dedication and patience.

My cat had rotten teeth and went in for a cleaning and extraction that required and overnight stay. Dr Peggy explained the procedure and showed me evidence of the damage. The staff is very thorough and called several times to check on how the cat was doing.

Both my cats were treated for ear infections. The Doctor showed me inside their ears with her scope so I could see the inflammation for myself. The treatment was simple and inexpensive.

I would recommend All Cats. The pricing is fair and customer service is great!
