“I highly recommend Rochester NY Dogs for all of your dog training needs!<br><br>Charlotte is a Weimaraner / Pitt mix. She is the sweetest dog, but wasn’t always the best listener. We hired Mike from Rochester NY Dogs to train Charlotte as a service dog for our developmentally disabled daughter. Thanks to him our rambunctious, high energy pup now knows all of the basic commands & MUCH more! I honestly thought she couldn’t be trained (I’ve had many dogs over the years and was able to train all but her myself! She was a stubborn one!) He works miracles. We fondly call him the “dog whisperer” because it’s amazing how fast he can get difficult dogs to listen to his every command! “Lynda is an amazing guardian for your pets. She is a responsive and professional caregiver for my dog (Fiona). If I need to go away I feel very comfortable leaving her with Lynda. Fiona gets to play with other doggies and get lots of love. I know she will be loved and protected.“

The vet Dr. Lann was professional and straight to the point, and gave me good pointers to take care of my cat pixel who is borderline overweight. My other cat sassy got a nice bath and blow, and when I came back home, despite both of them being anxious during the visit, both of them were absolutely fine as if nothing happened. I highly recommend.“

“I'm not one to typically leave reviews but i just had to show my appreciation. I unexpectedly had to book my dog for 10 days while i went out of town and our normal place was full so I contacted Finger Lakes. I was extremely nervous taking my dog somewhere new for so long and they made me so comfortable, walked me through the facility, explained everything to me and really put my mind at ease. They're so kind and you can just see how much they really care about these animals. When I got home yesterday my dog was happy as could be and every time i called while out of town they explained he was having a great time and gave me a detailed update (and I called frequently lol). I cant thank them enough for how easy they made this process for me and how comfortable they made me and my fur baby feel. Thank you so much! Buck will definitely be back“

The staff has always been helpful and have gone above and beyond when I needed emergency help and assistance for one of our dogs, which seems to get diarrhea more than our other two. They also have a compassionate disposition when I bring my 3 dogs in for shots or their other medical needs. Please consider coming here. You'll be happy that you did.“
