I should start with fact that I'm a building inspector. I see every level of workmanship... or lack thereof.
We bought a derelict house to fix up and help restore a neighborhood. We knew it would be an uphill battle. When we removed the drywall to insulate, it was apparent that every stud cavity dimension was different. Spray foam insulation wasn't in the budget, but it was the only viable solution. We obtained six quotes for the roof, walls, and band joists.
Derek Minscher(?) from MIG gave us a quote, plus great advice and helped obtain a grant to offset the emergency in our budget.

We recently had new gutters, downspouts and Gutter Helmets installed by MIG. It was a pleasure working with Derek from the sales team…he did a great job reviewing the options for our situation, was not pushy, always professional and was willing to answer any questions or concerns along the way…great guy!
We had Gutter Helmets installed on the back of our house almost 20 years ago and were in the process of also getting a new roof and needed them removed for the roofers to do their installation. John and Nate came to remove the helmets, did a great job, were quick and efficient, great guys!

MIG helped remove and reinsulate my attic. They were fast and efficient. They also offer low rates and helped me keep the cost down. Derek was my rep and he was excellent to work with.
