“After reading all of the great reviews for Anthony and Canandaigua Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning, I decided to give them a call to clean some carpet and my living room sofa. I was most concerned about the sofa, which is cream colored and had been a favorite perch for our little cockapoo. While vacuuming it after she was gone, I was shocked to see how dirty it actually was!
Anthony returned my call promptly and after a brief discussion we made an appointment. He arrived right on time and was extremely friendly and very easy to talk with. He looked everything over and quoted me a very reasonable price. He was also very honest about expectations with the couch, which I really appreciated, and then went right to work. When he was done, he showed me everything to make sure I was satisfied and I definitely was! The couch looked fabulous! I couldn’t have been happier! In fact, I also asked him about cleaning the oriental carpet in my family room, which was well used and in need of cleaning. He actually took the carpet to his shop and returned it the next week - another fabulous job! I was thrilled! It looks great!

He is kind, respectful and courteous but also honest and realistic about what he can and cannot do, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, some items were lost. They made every effort to locate those items, and when they couldn’t, they issued a check for the replacement of those items, without any question.
