I'm sitting here thinking how I intend to call TLC for Autumn Clean up and leaf removal because they did such a great job for me last December. I am not always on top of my reviews! Anyway, I needed to have a tree removed that was nearly completely dead. The Trees on my property in East Quogue haven't been attended to for at least 30 years. I called TLC having seen their equipment at another location and scheduled for Paul to come and have a look. There were about 20 trees on the property at the time. Got an estimate six weeks ago. Was told the work would be done in approx 10 days. They called to schedule once, then cancelled that morning due to an emergency. Never heard again. Called twice to inquire. The Representative was argumentative. Said the crew only spoke Spanish so I could not oversee or instruct. In the meantime I have large trees that were never cut and summer is here. Hung me up and never delivered. Terrible!!!!

I would like to thank all of the crew that worked at my home today . It’s very hard to find friendly hard working people that charge a more than fair price for work these days . Professional, caring and courteous!!! The best . Thank you once again , The Harris family
