I've known Jim for years. Great person. He located a wonderful home for me , that I have been living in for almost eight years. I would only contact Jim, if I was looking for another residence.

Jim Cumisky, the owner of Quogue East, was simply the best agent we have ever found. He is a buyer's agent and skillfully and patiently negotiated the buying of a home with 10 other bidders on the same property. He helped in advising us what to bid and when the inspection showed some issues, he advised and got a price reduction. He was always available and even when a listing of interest popped up last minute, was able to show the property. He also gave us a tour of the area parks, beaches and downtowns as we live out of the vicinity. He is patient, upbeat, and extremely knowledgeable as has lived in The Hamptons for years.
