“Our technician, Robert, was excellent. The office end, not so much. For 2 years in a row now, I have contracted for indoor baseboard application, making arrangement to have the house accessible, only to find out that no indoor application was made. Costs the same so no refund and had to make additional arrangements. The first technician who came before we arrived had to walk through a mine field of ant and mole hills and never made note of nor informed anyone of it and left it for us to deal with. I left a message for someone to call me back to discuss and never heard from anyone. Within the 30 days after initial treatment I called to say we still had insects, they came to retreat. That's when I learned about the lack of interior treatment. When I asked to get what I had contracted for I got a lecture about how they couldn't keep coming out!“
