He will explain options while stearing you toward the best one for your pet. Even offered to train us so that we could hold our cat the right way, in order to get a pill into him when at home.“

“Wonderful staff, very knowledgeable. I treat my cat like a baby and I absolutely trust them with him, they saved his life and continue to take excellent care when we go.
After 6 years it's time for an update, I love Dr. Balbour, she is amazing, but the office leaves a little to be desired. They still make you wait outside like it's 2020 and don't examine the animal in front of you. You get to the office on time but they make you wait outside for 26 minutes (literally) only to come inside and wait for twenty minutes more, only for them to come and take your pet away from you. I dunno, I'm quickly becoming not a fan. I swear I've seen people arrive after me and go inside before me. Maybe I'm expecting too much, or maybe I should just arrive 20 minutes later in the future“

“Dr. Dave is incredible. The receptionists here are compassionate, professional and knowledgeable. They act fast when there is a situation that needs immediate attention and resolve. I trust Dr. Dave, he genuinely cares, takes his role seriously and knows what he's doing. He's performed four surgeries for four different pets in my family, treated various infections and illness in our pets and provides services when emergencies arise, even when he's on vacation across the country. Most people just disconnect to relax but he's genuinely there for his patients. He's reliable and I can't say enough, he saved my dogs life.“
