Although I have been going to this place for a while, even though it's not as clean as I would like, and a lot of their nail polish and products are old. They re-used aluminum foil on me, and I was dismissed with the wave of a hand because they couldn't help me when all I needed was my nails to be filed down. So I have decided not to continue to go to this place anymore.

Honestly it is not the cleanest place but they do the job and do it well! They are always accommodating as my schedule is unpredictable. I am so rough on my nails and they correct any damage I make from one visit to the nest!

The salon is absolutely disgusting! It is so obviously dirty, I couldn't get comfortable in any chair. Especially during a pandemic, you would think that cleaning should be a priority. This is not the case at QT. The entire place is covered in dust and so run down. They are using the same tools, brushes and files on everyone. I needed to drown myself in hand sanitizer when I left. Besides that they are way more overpriced than everywhere else, the place is literally a health hazard!
