“I live in East Hampton and am having a problem with my well. I called Casola for a service call. I had to pay $200 in advance of the visit. They sent a technician out who told me it could be a number of problems but wasn't sure what. I called Long Island well Drillers today and spoke to Dave. He told me they no longer service East Hampton due to traffic. He asked me some questions about the problem and diagnosed it over the phone.<br>I offered to pay him for the consult but he refused.
