HIGHLY recommend and a MAJOR thank you to Direct Drainage!! DO NOT call anyone else, you won't regret it. I wanted to support local and I'm so glad I called them! They were prompt and courteous on picking up my urgent phone call for a clogged drain at my job. Extremely patient with my lack of knowledge with the system my job currently has and provided answers to all my questions!
I called around 9:30am, and the issue was resolved by 11:30am. Joe F, Shaun M and the crew provided excellent service while dealing with my full cesspool, and locating the main and overflow pools in my backyard, so they could be serviced. The folks in the office also did a great job of keeping me informed and calling when the technicians were on their way. I highly recommend Direct Drainage for any cesspool or drain issues.

I can only give 4 stars today as I didn't have major work done, but, they were very attentive and my appointment time was 3 days after I had called, two guys came in and found my septic system caps. They definitely knew what they were doing and very friendly. Explained everything they were doing and what should be done in the future.
