He also noticed we were missing the lock plate on a door and replaced it free of charge! Very professional. Wore covers on his boots to be considerate of our rugs. He did try to charge us more than I was originally quoted here but when I asked he quickly agreed to what we had discussed. Overall great experience! I would use them again.“
